KOL & Loyalty Program Specialist
You’re the connector between SUKKA and the people who talk about us, share us, and keep coming back for more. From influencers and creators to our most loyal customers, you know how to build relationships that feel genuine and keep them alive.
In this role, you’ll manage SUKKA’s influencer network, PR gifting, and loyalty program. You’ll ensure that our top customers feel valued, our creators are inspired to share, and our community remains engaged. It’s part relationship-building, part campaign support, and part making sure the SUKKA brand is always in the right conversations with the right people.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer management, PR, or community marketing.
- Strong people skills and an eye for creators who fit the brand.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns at once.
Bonus: Experience with loyalty programs or CRM tools.
Marketing Content & Campaign Specialist
You’re the driving force behind SUKKA’s most exciting moments — from new fragrance drops to campaigns that keep customers coming back. You know how to turn a scent into a story, and a story into traffic, buzz, and sales.
In this role, you’ll shape and deliver SUKKA’s marketing calendar across online and in-store channels. You’ll plan launches, craft content strategies, and work closely with our team to make every campaign feel fresh, relevant, and unmissable. Your focus is always on impact — growing our reach, bringing people into our stores, and turning casual customers into loyal fans.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in brand, digital, or content marketing.
- Passion for social media, especially TikTok and emerging trends.
- Strong creative instincts matched with a results-driven mindset.
Retail
Full time
Part Time
You’re the face of SUKKA in-store — the first smile, the first scent, and the first impression. You help customers find their perfect fragrance, share your scent knowledge, and make every visit memorable.
In this role, you’ll guide customers through our perfume bar, explain fragrance notes, and help with scent layering. You’ll also keep the store looking beautiful, support new launches, and bring our in-store activations to life.
What we’re looking for:
- Passion for fragrance and helping customers.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in conversation.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain store standards.
Bonus: Retail or sales experience.
Administration & Operations
Admin Assistant
You’re the person who keeps things running behind the scenes. From tracking stock to preparing PR packages, you make sure the details are handled so the rest of the team can focus on delivering great campaigns and experiences.
In this role, you’ll support marketing, sales, and operations with admin tasks, inventory updates, and scheduling. You’ll help keep our systems organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
What we’re looking for:
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, online tools, and basic reporting.
- Able to manage multiple tasks without losing track.
Bonus: Experience in retail or e-commerce operations.
Marketing
Social Media Management
You’re curious, creative, and ready to learn what it takes to grow a brand. You’ll get hands-on experience supporting launches, social content, and influencer outreach — all while learning from a small, passionate team.
In this role, you’ll assist with campaign tasks, help prepare content, and support day-to-day marketing activities. You’ll be part of brainstorming sessions, see how ideas become campaigns, and learn how retail and online marketing work together.
What we’re looking for:
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about marketing and branding.
- Basic social media knowledge, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Organised and able to follow through on tasks.
Bonus: Skills in Canva, video editing, or copywriting.
